Acts 29 Fellowship of the Christian and Missionary Alliance

Every summer Hamtramck is bustling with people enjoying the outdoors.  Kids are constantly playing outside in neighborhoods and parks.  Summers give us the opportunity to find new kids who don’t know Christ.  In the past we have held game and craft days in the parks: sports camps in the park fields and a pottery camp at the high school.  We have also hosted Backyard Bible Clubs in the backyards of Acts 29 church and staff members.  Day camps are one of the main ways we meet new youth who eventually come to camp with us or join one of our weekly programs.  Many Hamtramck kids have come to Christ through this process.
