Can the church make a difference in the Public School System?

We believe that God has called us to help create safe and effective educational opportunities for all children.  We asked local school officials “how?” and public school doors have been opened to us since 2005.  Acts 29 serves in schools, with a focus on the students’ success in the classroom. We are excited to continue to serve Jesus by helping kids and youth learn and succeed.

Acts 29 has offered its help to the Public Schools since 2005

• 2005 – 2008    A Homework Assistance Program (HAP) for 4th and 5th graders
• 2010                In -school tutoring at the local High School
• 2009 – 2011   Teaching Social Studies through a quiz show format at Holbrook School
